Terms And Conditions

  1. Any person can submit his application through internet by using password, having contractual capacity and who is resident and citizen of India. Submission of application means :-
    1. Applicant has accepted and agreed to abide by all company's rules, regulations, terms, conditions, marketing plan etc. prevailing at the time of submission of application or any change, addition, alteration, modification etc. made in the rules, regulations, terms, conditions, marketing plan etc. by the company from time to time after submission and acceptance of the application.
  2. A IBO shall act or shall do work as an independent distributor on his own responsibility. All act of the IBO should be consistent with the company's framed MARKETING PLAN.
  3. The company shall not be liable to any party for any statement, information, assurance of any other acts or deed given and / or done by the IBO. A IBO shall be liable to reimburse all costs / charges / expenses incurred / suffered by the company due to his functions, which are inconsistent with the Company's framed "MONEY MAGNET BUSINESS MARKETING PLAN"
  4. IBO shall not make any false convincing to join the MONEY MAGNET Business Marketing plan of the company. He himself shall be liable for the same.
  5. In case of death or lost of contractual capacity of IBO, nominee or legal heir shall become the IBO of the company and he / she shall also abide by all rules, regulations etc. in the same manner as original applicant was being abide.
  6. Disputes of any kind between the company & IBO and vice versa shall be subject to Kalol (Gujarat) Jurisdiction only and shall be settled accordingly.
  7. Application should be made in prescribed application form or online only. Application must be filled in block letters.
  8. An IBO will become active only after the company realized his/her payment successfully.
  9. The company does not guarantee an IBO any specific amount as earnings. An IBO's earnings/rewards and success are solely based on his/her performance in buying/selling the company's products as stipulated under the company's business compensation plan.
  10. An IBO will be eligible for his/her incentives, overrides and advancements only upon fulfillment of the stipulated requirements of the company's business compensation plan, which is in force from time to time.
  11. In order to maintain a viable Network Marketing Company, Money Magnet Pvt. Ltd.(hereinafter called "The Company")reserves the right to make any amendments it deems necessary at any time to the Terms & Conditions, schemes, policies, compensation plans, pricing, commission etc as and when required.
  12. The agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship, agency, partnership or joint venture between an IBO and the company. The IBO will not hold any right to incur debts, liabilities and obligations or enter into any contract or agreement with others on behalf of the company.
  13. All joinings sent to the company by IBOs are subject to acceptance by the company.
  14. The IBO agrees to a deduction of 3% per payout against administrative expenses to maintain his/her account.
  15. The company reserves the right to terminate the services/contract of any IBO without giving any prior notice or reason.
  16. The Company Management reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
  17. In case if an IBO does any activity against the interest of the company, the company shall be at liberty to take disciplinary action against the IBO including suspension and termination of his/her agreement without any prior notice.
  18. Any individual who is 18 years of age and above, and is an Indian national is eligible to become the IBO of the company.
  19. The IBO shall display the company name, I.D.No., Logo as designed by the company for printing his/her personal stationary (with prior permission only). However, the IBO shall not use the trademark, patent or any other intellectual property of the company for any purpose, other than for promotion of business of the company.
  20. The IBO shall not compel or induce or mislead any person with any false statement/promise to join the company. The company will not be answerable for any promise, assurance given by any IBO to any person, unless it is in accordance with the approved business plans and the terms and conditions of the company
  21. If the IBO wishes to terminate this agreement, he/she may do so by giving a prior notice in writing to the company.
  22. If PAN card copy is not furnished then applicable tax deduction would be 20%. Else 10% TDS would be deducted.
  23. Weekly sales closing would be on Monday 11:59pm.
  24. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of any cash or for any wrong transaction by the IBO.
  25. The Company reserves the right to change/alter Weekly sales closing day & time, Marketing material, Compensation Plan at any time without giving any prior notice to the IBO's.
